    Leading the full digital transformation of the college's web presence, learning platforms, and member systems across Australia and New Zealand, serving over 20,000 medical professionals.

    Stage 1 — Web Transformation and Design System

    • Created a comprehensive CICM styleguide and design system spanning multiple platforms, unifying the college's digital identity and removing 70% of daily support queries through targeted UX improvements.
    • Led full migration from Kentico CMS to ASI Rise dynamic web pages, including complex IQA, query management, SQL integration, and forms migration from Kentico to AI-powered automation workflows in Jotform.
    • Rebuilt the college's complete web presence with accessibility, usability, and brand consistency as the foundation, delivering a measurably improved experience for members and staff.

    Stage 2 — SSO, Finance and Department Portals

    • Implemented Single Sign-On integration connecting the member portal to Moodle's online learning platform, including authentication flows and the complex transition of finance modules across both regions.
    • Navigated Australian and New Zealand-specific invoice generation workflows, resolving cross-regional compliance and billing challenges that had previously required manual intervention.
    • Worked closely with exams, assessment, and training departments to build dedicated member portals meeting the unique requirements of each area.
    • Collaborated with the marketing and communications team to develop training materials and automate comms module integration and workflows within ASI Rise marketing.

    Stage 3 — CPD, Compliance and Content Systems

    • Implemented CPD compliance status dashboards integrated with TopClass LMS, delivering a custom-built CPD records update platform that connects with current college modules.
    • Deployed dynamic course, event, and position vacancy listings across Australia and New Zealand, giving members real-time access to opportunities and requirements.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including SMEs, infrastructure partners, external developers, and project managers to align technical delivery with organisational strategy.
    • Champion WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards across all digital properties, ensuring inclusive design and legal compliance for the college's full digital estate.
